This recipe created by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel resort’s resident mixologist, Erin Snider. They were made to complement Chef Wan’s hand-crafted ceviche, which drew inspiration from the rich and flavorful regions of Mexico, Peru and Asia.
This Sake Cocktail is the perfect combination of refreshing flavors of mint and ginger, with lingering flavors of the Sake and pear.
1.5 ounce Pear Liqueur3 Thin Slices of Ginger8 Mint LeavesSoda Water1.5 oz Sake
- Muddle together the Pear Liqueur, ginger, and mint leaves
- Add 1.5 ounce Sake
- Fill glass with ice
- Top with Soda Water
