The Pinotepa cocktail is one of Baltaire’s signature cocktails created by Beverage Director and Sommelier David Vaughn. This cocktail is ideal for enjoying under the sun on the expansive alfresco terrace or at the cozy, intimate lounge and bar.
Signature cocktail with pinapple suice, mezcal and other delicious ingredients.
- 2oz. mezcal
- 1/2 oz. aperol
- 1/2 oz. grenadine
- 3/4 oz. lime
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- Pinch cilantro
- Eye dropper of Habanero tincture
- Combine ingredients over ice.
- Shake and double strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple leaves.
