Oggi’s Jerk Chicken Pizza
Oggi’s Jerk Chicken Pizza Recipe with Garlic, Bacon, Red Onion and Jalapenos
- 1 Pizza Dough Round – stretched
- 7 oz Jerk Chicken
- 1/4 C Garlic olive oil
- 12 oz Mozzarella cheese
- 1 oz Bacon
- 1 oz Red Onion – thinly sliced
- 1 oz Jalapeno – thinly sliced
- 1 oz Jamaican Jerk glaze
- Evenly spread garlic oil over the dough.
- Add jerk chicken in a circular fashion over garlic oil.
- Then cover with mozzarella cheese evenly dispersed.
- Top with bacon, red onion, and jalapeno in that order.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Finish with a drizzle of Jamaican jerk glaze .
