These Mediterranean Nachos are a healthier take on traditional nachos. A bed of pita chips topped with fresh spinach, Goat cheese, roasted red peppers


10 Full size pita chips3 oz Goat cheese sauce1 oz Fresh spinach leaves1 oz Roasted red peppers.5 oz Kalamata olives2 oz Hummus1 oz Tahini sauce


  1. Place pita chips in bowl, top with Goat cheese sauce
  2. Add spinach, kalamata olives and roasted red peppers
  3. Top with scoop of hummus and garnish with tahini sauce
