Unfussy and full of flavor, this guacamole is just begging to go outside for the first BBQ of the season. Grab the chips!

Ingredients:

1 ripe Fresh California Avocados, peeled, seeded, and roughly mashed½ cup chopped cilantro1 jalapeno chile pepper, seeded and finely chopped1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice1 tsp. salt¼ cup chopped grape tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, except tomatoes in a medium bowl. Gently stir in tomatoes.
  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container up to 24 hours for peak flavor and texture.
  3. Yield (Liquid): 2 cups total
