Chilled English Pea Soup

1 package frozen peas2 shallots, sliced5 garlic cloves3-4 cups vegetable stock1t lemon juicePinch salt
- 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- 2. Cook the peas in the water until very tender.
