- 6 Sashimi-grade scallops on the half shell
- 1/2 t Chopped pickled ginger
- 1 t Masago or Tobiko caviar
- 1 T Mayonnaise mixed with 1 teaspoon wasabi paste for wasabi aioli
- Your favorite ponzu sauce
- 1 T Japanese seaweed or ocean salad
- Loosen scallop from shell
- Top with 1/4 teaspoon aioli, 1/4 teaspoon ponzu, a pinch of pickled ginger and garnish with caviar and seaweed salad.
