Ingredients:

  • 6 Sashimi-grade scallops on the half shell
  • 1/2 t Chopped pickled ginger
  • 1 t Masago or Tobiko caviar
  • 1 T Mayonnaise mixed with 1 teaspoon wasabi paste for wasabi aioli
  • Your favorite ponzu sauce
  • 1 T Japanese seaweed or ocean salad

Directions:

  1. Loosen scallop from shell
  2. Top with 1/4 teaspoon aioli, 1/4 teaspoon ponzu, a pinch of pickled ginger and garnish with caviar and seaweed salad.
