Ahi Tuna Tartar

1 lb sushi grade ahi tuna, center cut and diced in 1-2 inch cubes1 t olive oil1 T chives – chopped2 T capersSqueeze of a 1/4 lemonSalt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Mix all ingredients and serve in a martini glass
- Serve over diced avocados tossed in Louis dressing (mayonnaise, minced green onions) mixed with cocktail sauce and brandy (optional). Garnish as shown with lime.
