    Our June Roundtable will focus on strategies for investigating employee misconduct and employee complaints. Employee misconduct and employee complaints often form the foundation for employment litigation down the road. At our Roundtable, we will discuss strategies for managing the internal investigation process so as to minimize the risk of litigation and to make certain the employer is in the best position possible should litigation eventually arise. We will discuss best practices for investigating misconduct and complaints, as well as the most common mistakes employers make in conducting such investigations, mistakes that often increase the risk of litigation and the liability exposure associated with it.
