    Our next meeting is TUESDAY, Feb 9 at Frenchy’s Bistro – Long Beach! We’re starting at 3:00 p.m. Proprietor & Chef Andres Angles is planning a great event and we hope to see you there.

    All of the tastings are complimentary, fun and educational and include food & wine tasting, seminars, etc.

    Special Guest STEFANO BRUNO proprietor/cheese maker for Di Stefano Burrata will demonstrate the Burrata making process and we’ll sample this fabulous cheese made right here in Southern California that was recently featured in Great Taste (Jan/Feb 2010 issue.) www.distefanocheese.com
