A new triple threat pizzeria, creamery, and bar all-in-one is opening in Eagle Rock next Wednesday, April 4 – enough said, right?
Piencone Pizzeria, Creamery, and Pub will soon open its doors to offer a little something for everyone with a selection of artisan pizzas made with naturally fermented dough, wood fired starters, house made organic ice cream, as well as a full bar with a curated craft beer, wine and cocktail menu.
Executive Chef/Owner Michelle Wilton’s chef-driven mentality has dreamed up a menu of pizzas made from an organic, whole grain sourdough starter, seasonally-driven small plates, as well as an ice cream program featuring house-made waffle cones and an array of six seasonally-rotating ice cream flavors.
As if that weren’t enough, Bar Manager/Partner Herb Gualpa brings killer beer and cocktails to the fun environment that is Piencone, a space featuring five rooms for guests to enjoy including the main room with order-at-the-counter layout, main dining room, lounge & atrium area, full back patio, and of course, the bar – all of which make a true quintessential spot to get together and shape life-long memories with friends and family of all ages.
The pizzeria will be open seven days a week from 11:00am – 11:00pm, with the bar open Monday– Thursday from 4:00pm – 11:00pm, Friday and Saturday from 4:00pm-1:00am, and Sunday from 11:00am-11:00pm.
