Irenia just opened its doors in Santa Ana, introducing the city to Filipino-inspired dishes cultivated by Chef Ryan Garlitos.
The seasonal menu showcases contemporary small plates, such as Panict Palabok and a Charred Little Gem Salad, as well as traditional rice bowls and desserts designed by Sarah Mosqueda.
With such spins on classic concoctions, like the “Pinoy Colada” – a beautiful mixture of ginebra, coconut rum, ube and pineapple – and sustainable habits, including using seasonal ingredients from their rooftop garden, Irenia shines as one of Orange County’s most modern and authentic Filipino restaurants.
