Michelle Bracken is an award winning, legendary pastry chef and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. She has been named the Best Pastry Chef by Orange Coast Magazine, Gourmet, and Food and Wine Magazine. Her desserts rated number one for best designer desserts on The Food Network ‘ “Top Five” . Michelle has been Executive Pastry Chef at Zov ‘ for 22 years and has shared her talents with the local community by creating classic desserts such as the Milk Chocolate Bomb, Flourless Chocolate Cake, and many more.
