Sip, savor and indulge with a five course al fresco dinner at Watertable, the new signature restaurant at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa! Starting September 30, Watertable introduces a series of monthly wine dinners for the fall season, featuring renowned wines of Napa Valley’s Heitz Wine Cellars, including the exquisite Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, one of the most highly regarded wines in the world.

The first wine dinner starts on Tuesday, September 30 at 6:00 p.m. and Watertable will be offering signature dishes (Yellowtail Hamachi Crudo, Organic Beet Tartar, Maple Leaf Farms Duck Breast, Espresso Rubbed Short Rib, Fall Harvest Black Mission Fig Tart) paired with five of Heitz’s classic wines.
