Executive Chef Ross Pangilinan goes all out for Valentine’s Day and created three-course and nine-course prix fixe menus. The three-course starts with butternut squash risotto and diver scallop, followed by Kansas City steak and lobster Hollandaise, truffle mashed potatoes and baby carrots. End with strawberries n cream for dessert.
