Three Day Valentine’s Celebration
Recognized for its romantic setting, Pinot Provence features a French-inspired Valentine’s dinner with three-course and four-course prix fixe menus with choices. Start with a choice of Kumamoto oysters, warm potato terrine or arugula salad. Next, choose loup de mer, roasted Scottish salmon, chicken breast asparagus or New York strip steak and short rib duo. Optional fourth course offers a choice of hamachi sashimi, pork belly collard greens or Manila clams and pickled onion salad. Sweeten the evening with a choice of strawberries n cream mousse, rose water meringue and strawberry sherbet or S’more’s Kiss with dark chocolate and marshmallow fluff.
