Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar announces the return of its annual three-course Easter Sunday brunch. Enjoy classic brunch favorites for $39.95 per guest and a special three-course menu for kids under 12. In addition, each party will receive a $25 dining card valid for a future visit.
Begin with a choice of appetizer such as lobster bisque, modern Caesar or fresh seasonal fruits. Continue with an entree selected from prime rib with a trio of sauces, Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict, prime rib hash, baked brioche French toast layered in vanilla and orange custard and more. Brunch includes a side like summer squash gratin or smashed O’Brien potatoes. Dessert choices are white chocolate bread pudding, cheesecake or walnut turtle pie.
