Teeling Whiskey Dinner
On Thursday, February 22, Tam O’Shanter will host a very special dining event featuring a four-course meal created by executive chef Juan Escamilla with select whiskey pairings for each dish from the award-winning Teeling Distillery.
The exceptional whiskey pairing dinner will include:
Starter: Cocktails and Canapés;
Appetizer: Shrimp toast avocado (paired with Teeling Single Grain Whiskey);
Entrée: Pork and beef ribs with jalapeño slaw, warm potato salad and house BBQ sauce (paired with Teeling Single malt); and
Dessert: Warm apple bread with pudding butterscotch caramel (paired with Teeling Small Batch).
Established in 2015, Teeling Whiskey Distillery is the first new distillery in Dublin in over 125 years, dedicated to bringing choice and breadth back to the Irish whiskey category.
