The skinless turkeys are marinated in a special spice mix and cooked in a mesquite-fired clay oven at high heat to keep the meat moist, flavorful and juicy. They come with spice infused basmati rice and vegetables as well as cranberry chutney. Seasonal sides are available a la carte and include spinach and Paneer, cumin sweet potato, pumpkin achari, smoked eggplant bhartha, okra, various naans and kheer (rice pudding).
