2018 Cooking Classes at ADYA Anaheim
Make ADYA part of your resolutions and attend their cooking classes in Anaheim! Held outside on their private boxcar patio at 11 AM, these interactive culinary demos are $35 per guest (unless otherwise noted) and include easy-to-follow recipes to take home with you, culinary secrets from Chef Shachi and of course, lunch served with wine/beer or chai.

2018 Cooking Classes are underway and the first one is in conjunction with Melissa’s Produce, growing the most flavorful seasonal veggies and fruits throughout the year!
Once again, they let ADYA in on the biggest produce trends we’ll see this coming year, and Chef Shachi will be featuring some of the vegetables in her next cooking class on Saturday, January 20th at 11 a.m. at ADYA Anaheim!
Some of the produce on Melissa’s list? We’ve got Jackfruit, Organic Ginger, Turmeric, White Asparagus, Enjoya Peppers, Tatuma Squash, Indian Eggplant, Milpero Tomatillo, Shishito Peppers, and Hatch Chiles… let’s see what Chef Shachi focuses on for her class!
