Please join us for a 5-course wine dinner where Silver Oak Vineyard manager Brad Peterson will join us to take us through his legendary wines. Chef Chad Urata has crafted a distinguished menu to pair with and accentuate these remarkable wines.

Twomey Cellars combines their winemaking experience with a spirit of innovation, enabling the creation of exceptional varietals other than cabernet savvignon. After decades of making Silver Oak, they used their experience and resources and poured them into making handcrafted merlot, pinot nior, and savvignon blanc.

Life may be a cabernet, but we think starting with a savvignon blanc and moving through pinot nior is the best way to entertain!
