This Valentine ‘ Day, Executive Chef Greg Hozinsky and celebrated Creative Consulting Chef Neal Fraser, present a five course prix fixe menu highlighting their Modern Heirloom cuisine featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients foraged from farmers markets. With the panoramic Pacific Ocean views setting the scene, the menu begins with a rose champagne toast before menu highlights including Ricotta Cheese Panna Cotta, Nantucket Bay Scallops, New Zealand John Dory, and Hazelnut Semifreddo. Following dinner, patrons are invited to continue to embrace the romance by venturing downstairs where a guest DJ will be on hand spinning music that is sure to pluck any heart string.
