Come and enjoy Scott’s Restaurant & Bar Summer Wine Tour, as you travel the globe, sampling wines and cuisine from every established region on the planet. Experience the third evening of the tour with coastal food and wine from sunny California on Thursday, July 10 at 7 pm. During this private winemaker event, you will enjoy a four-course dinner of dishes meticulously paired by special guest Trevor Kruder, sommelier & expert on California wines. Each course is paired with regional wines from the best vineyards in California. The four-course dinner menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Doctulero will include California white seabass ceviche with avocado togarashi, California wild salmon with sundried cherry relish, salt crusted yellowfin tuna with organic spinach, and grilled rib-eye California grass-fed beef with organic artichoke. This special wine dinner – featuring decor and music also inspired by California – is priced at $150 per person or $250 per couple, including tax and gratuity.
