Come and enjoy Scott’s Restaurant & Bar Summer Wine Tour, as you travel the globe, sampling wines and cuisine from every established region on the planet. Come experience the fifth evening of the tour with native food and wine from the Pacific region on Thursday, August 7 at 7 pm. During this private winemaker event you will enjoy a four-course dinner of dishes meticulously paired by Rick Ashley, expert sommelier, with four regional wines of Australia and New Zealand. The four-course menu prepared by Executive Chef Michael Doctulero will include shiqiko oyster with tobiko caviar and pickled onion, braised manila clams with cioppino broth, New Zealand lamb with guajillo chili and shishitos, and filet mignon with grissini sauce and port jus. This special event – featuring decor and music also inspired by the regions – is priced at $175 per person or $300 per couple, including tax and gratuity.
