The family owned and operated Ruby’s Restaurant Group will celebrate its 32nd anniversary at Ruby’s Diners and Dinettes by offering the classic RubyBurger at its original price of $2.35 on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at all locations.*

As a special thank you to community police officers, fire fighters, and active duty military, all service members in uniform will receive the classic RubyBurger free.

The special price will be one day only and dine-in only.

The classicRubyBurgeris made with fresh, premium natural USDA choice beef, grilled and topped with lettuce, tomato, RubySauce and choice of American, Swiss, Cheddar, Pepper Jack or low fat American cheese on a lightly seeded RubyBun. Fries with RubyBurger on January 28 will be an additional $1 charge. Additional charges for add-ons or substitutions. All other burgers and items are full price.

Orange County-based restaurateur Doug Cavanaugh, founder-CEO of Ruby’s Diner, Inc., opened the first Ruby’s in December 1982 on the Balboa Pier, converting a former bait shack into a Streamline Moderne diner serving hamburgers, fries, and naming it after his mother, Ruby. Today there are 40 Ruby’s nationwide. Ruby’s serves breakfast daily at all locations.
