Owner Bob Foley of Robert Foley Vineyards based in Napa’s Howell Mountain region will be on hand to discuss his award-winning wines, paired with Chef Matthew Sramek’s three-course wine tribute menu. Guests will start with Chilled Melon Consomme and Goat’s Milk Ricotta Gnocchi accompanied by 2010 Robert Foley Pinot Blanc Napa; the second course of Espresso Roasted Duck Breast with sour cherry jus paired with the vineyard’s 2010 Merlot; and Rogue Creamery Smokey Blue Cheese with cranberry and chocolate bread will be enjoyed with 2009 Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.
Price is $85 per person, exclusive of tax and gratuity for three-course dinner with wine pairings.
