You’re invited to the much anticipated pop-up dinner series from Southern California’s most sought-after catering and events company – 24 carrots.
The talented team, including award-winning culinary artist, nominated for James Beards’ Rising Star – Executive Chef Ashley Santo Domingo and Culinary Institute of America graduate, Pastry Chef Robert LeSage, are coming together to bring you their first-ever pop-up dinner at Rancho Las Lomas on Thursday, May 22 from 7-10pm.
Only available to a handful of guests, the dinner will showcase the bold, exciting and complex flavors of Spanish cuisine – updated with organic, seasonal and foraged ingredients. This dinner is 24 carrots twist on classic Spanish fare – and each tasting will be thoughtfully paired with a delicious wine pairing. Tastings include mini paella, Pan Roasted Halibut con ArrÃ²s negre, and Lomo Embuchado – House Cured Pork Tenderloin. You will finish the evening with something sweet – Chef Lesage’s Tres Leches paired with the perfect sherry.
