The fun starts at11 a.m.as Executive Chef Daniel Stevens whips up his popular brunch fare that includes Breakfast Quesadilla, Breakfast Enchiladas, Spinach & Wild Mushroom Omelet, Pork Verde & Eggs and Migas (all priced under $15). In addition, a “make-your-own” Weekend Fun Bar allows guests to create their own Bloody Mary’s, Bloody Marias, Mimosas, or Screwdrivers, each priced at $4. Brunch is available in the dining room or on the landscaped patio.
