Paradigm Wine Dinner
Join Broadway by Amar Santana on Thursday, June 28th for an unforgettable FIVE COURSE tasting menu. Each course is perfectly paired with Paradigm Wines from Napa Valley. Paradigm Winery is owned and managed by Ren and Marilyn Harris, two winegrowers with extraordinarily deep roots in Napa Valley. Ren and Marilyn have been tireless advocates for the Oakville appellation, eco-friendly farming, and environmental stewardship. The five wines made at Paradigm are grown, produced, bottled, and aged at the winery in Oakville. All are aged in French Oak barrels for twenty months.
