Once a month,Ways & Means Oyster Houseopens its doors to a rotating roster of guest chefs and one-of-a-kind tasting menus paired with unique wines, chosen by owners Parnell and Jennifer Delchams’ favorite winemakers, for the restaurant’s “One Night Stand” dinners. Held at the exhibition oyster bar, the intimate five-course dinners are capped at twelve guests, and promise to be as delicious as they are informative, with the evening’s honorary executive chef on hand to walk diners through the menu and pairings. Each tasting menu highlights chef-specific specialty dishes that are sure to excite a broad range of culinary palettes.
The next “One Night Stand” dinner onTuesday, May 20will welcome Chef Pascal Olhats, owner of Ã‰picerie Pascal & Cafe Jardin in Newport Beach, and will feature wines from Argentina presented by Diane DeLuca of Bedford International.
