Three-Course Champagne Brunch

First Course (Choice of):
Crab cake with mango relish
Mixed green salad topped with a champagne vinaigrette, blue cheese, walnuts, and dried figs
Chilled honey dew and mint soup topped with creme fraiche
Herb goat cheese and wild mushroom puff pastry

Main Course (Choice of):
Pork belly Benedict over roasted gem stone potatoes topped with bearnaise
Smoked salmon bagel with chive cream cheese, and scrambled eggs
Prime rib with a rosemary au jus over roasted gem stone potatoes
Duck confit with root vegetable hash
Almond crusted mahi mahi over jasmine rice with lemon beurre blanc

Third Course (Choice of):
Deconstructed s’mores, flourless cake topped with toasted marshmallow
Mixed berry and pastry cream tartlets
Orange blossom Angel food with Creme anglaise & blueberry compote
If Mom would prefer to dine in the evening, we are also offering our regular menu from 5:30pm. Each Mom will receive a dessert of her choice or a glass of Champagne with our compliments
