Followingthe Tour de France course, Pescadou Bistro will be preparing a set of regional menus.
Three groups of stages will be illustrated with a menu of their regional specialties throughout the month of July:
Menu 1:From Yorkshire to Champagne via London, the North of France and Lorraine.
Menu 2:From Alsace to Provence through Jura and the Alpes mountains.
Menu 3:From le Sud-Ouest to les Champs Elyses in Paris through the Pyrenees with more mountain stages
