For the first time, Michael’s on Naples will present an unforgettable Krug Champagne Dinner on our rooftop terrace. The evening will begin with an appetizer reception at 6:30 PM followed by a fabulous 3-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef David Coleman. Throughout the dinner, Krug champagne will be paired with live music.
Antipasti “Intro”: Krug Grand Cuvee with Misto di Pesce (Kumamoto oyster with Meyer lemon oil, Diver scallop crudo with fennel and Salt-baked branzino crostini aioili)
Pasta “Intermezzo”: Krug Vintage ’03 with Agnolotti d’Anatra (Smoked duck neck and ricotta-stuffed pasta with pistachio and brown butter)
Secondo “Forte”: Krug Rose with Capriolo Arrosto (Broken Arrow Ranch venison with baked apples and pumpkin farratto)
Dolce: Frutti di Bosco con Sorbetto di Limone (Fresh market berries and lemon sorbet)
“Finale Solo”: Krug Clos du Mesnil
