This event will be the second in a new series of monthly prix-fixe menu dinners.
·Each course on the menu will be paired with a different wine that compliments that particular dish.
·Some of Executive Chef Jon Blackford’;s featured courses include Wild Columbia River Sturgeon, Roasted Durham Ranch Quail, Slow Roasted Venison Rack, and Farro Risotto. For dessert, Kimera will prepare a sumptuous Chocolate Pudding.
·This prix-fixe menu is $60 per person plus tax and gratuity.
