First Course: N’;Awlins BBQ Shrimp – Succulent Shrimp cooked with Garlic, Creole Herbs and Spices, Lemon, Butter and Beer, served with Crisp Garlic Crostinis to soak up the delicious sauces.

Second Course:Gazpacho Verde – Chilled Vegetable Soup made with Tomatillos, Cucumbers, Bell Peppers, Cilantro and Jalapeno Peppers, Pureed with a touch of Garlic Aioli for creaminess. This vibrantly refreshing soup is topped with slices of fresh Avocado and snipped Chives.

Third Course:Beef Wellington “Rossini” – This dish is a cross of two epicurean delights – “Beef Wellington” and “Tournedos Rossini”. Choice Filet Mignon steaks are topped with rich, savory Pi¢te Foie Gras (last few days to enjoy this delicacy in California!!) with Black Truffles and Mushroom Duxelle, wrapped and baked in buttery Puff Pastry. This decadent dish is served with a classic “Sauce Peirgueux” which is a Madeira Wine Reduction with shaved Black Truffles and thickened with lobes of Foie Gras…Delicious!
