One of the newest additions to WEHO is Al Bacio Ristorante. Situated on the bustling Sunset Blvd (between San Vicente & La Cienega), Al Bacio features sleek Hollywood Regency design and an authentic Italian menu made from top-of-the-line ingredients (think Acquerello rice, Mulino Sobrino flour, Mozzarella di Bufala, fresh truffles, etc.). All of the dishes are made from scratch and right on the premises including its pastas and sorbets.
Venice, Italy native & Executive Chef Christian Simionato worked at high-end restaurants throughout Europe and Beijing before starting his career in the U.S. Simionato has begun hosting monthly cooking classes highlighting the most popular dishes on the menu & featuring the most authentic Italian fare.
The next class is scheduled for Sunday April 13, and begins at 11am!
