Tapping the culinary talents of award-winning Executive Chef Victor Juarez, Fuego is presenting a variety of tastings featuring delicious Latin American infused dishes paired with top shelf wine and spirits.

2012 Lincourt Steel Chardonnay and 2012 Lincourt Pinot Noir

Fuego guests will enjoy complimentary samplings of Lincourt wines from Santa Rita Hills in nearby Santa Barbara County. The Steel Chardonnay has great viscosity and bright acidity with crisp aromas and flavors of citrus, lime and white flowers. The Pinot Noir has a palate filled with notes of dark plum, fennel bulb, black cherry and hints of cedar and vanilla.

Executive Chef Victor Juarez is pairing his famous Seared Maple Duck Breast with the Pinot Noir.

WHEN: Wednesday, October 15, 2014.

TIME: – Lincourt tastings from 6-8 p.m.

– Seared Maple Duck with Pinot Noir Dinner from 6-10 p.m.

COST: – Lincourt tastings are complimentary.
