Guest Chef, John Ledbetter
A native of Orange County, John Ledbetter brings his experience with classic American cuisine back to his roots at Lark Creek Newport Beach. His food philosophy caters to the coastal-living lifestyle of Southern California, combining seasonal ingredients, local sustainable seafood, and a healthful-minded approach, as well as collaborating with Lark Creek Restaurant Group’s award-winning culinary team. “The foods you see down at the farmers’ market, those are the same foods you’ll see at the restaurant,” he says. “Lark Creek spearheaded the local foods movement and has been at the forefront since the late 1980s, and I’m proud of the new dishes we’ve created in that vein.”
