Loew’s will put on its first “Farmers, Foragers, and Fisherman” event showcasing Eric Brandt from Brandt Beef. Chef Batis will create a four course meal consisting of beef from the Brandt company. Eric Brandt will then showcase his beef and speak about the natural procedures involved in raising quality beef. $48 per person.
