Wewill be hosting a decadent six-course tasting menu celebrating the “Tartufo d’Alba,” the Italian white truffle from the city of Alba. The Gala Truffle Dinner coincides with the annual international Alba White Truffle Fair that runs from October to November in northern Italy. Alba White Truffles are highly regarded in the culinary world and are the most valuable on the market.
Michael’s on Naples is partnering with ARPEPE winery from Valtellina, Italy. A wine will accompany each course and winery representative Paolo Canclini will be on-hand to explain each of the evening’s selections.
All diners will receive an Alba White Truffle that they can shave on their own as little or as much as they would like on all of the dishes served.
