A Fleming’s Kind of Easter
Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse at Fashion Island, Newport Beach is serving a three course Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 1 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The beautifully remodeled restaurant with an expansive patio is offering a special brunch menu with choices in each course and a children’s menu as well. Start with one of two featured cocktails: bloody Mary or Sonoma Sparkler — Fleming’s signature passion fruit mimosa, each priced at $8.95.
The exclusive prix fixe menu features an appetizer choice of lobster bisque, modern Caesar or house-made burrata salad. Entrée selections include Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict with filet mignon or crab cake; farm fresh veggie omelet; cinnamon apple brioche French toast with orange Chantilly cream; California-style steak & eggs, grilled Ora King salmon Cobb salad or porcini-crusted filet mignon with beech mushrooms and gorgonzola cream sauce.
All entrées are served with Lyonnaise potatoes and pan-seared asparagus. For dessert, select from Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée, New York cheesecake with blueberry sauce or fresh berries & Chantilly cream.
Three-course brunch is $50 per adult, $16 per child (age 12 and under). Early reservations are recommended.
