Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar continues to evolve its seafood offering with its newly launched Fish Friday program that provides guests with a variety of fresh new seafood options. From now through April, Tommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar will prepare special fish dishes on Friday in addition to its regular menu.
Fish Friday highlights four fish dishes adding to the menu’s island-inspired cuisine. Among the offerings are Blackened Fish Tacos with a savory spice that compliments the fresh fish and soft, warm tortilla. Fish & Chips gets an update with a crispy beer batter coating using regional craft beer that surrounds a light and flaky fish. Two seafood entree specials will also be available on Friday, but will vary each week based on the catch of the day. This allows each chef creative license to develop dishes using locally sourced ingredients that are exclusive to their guests. Healthy, responsible seafood choices are important and Tommy Bahama is committed to preserving natural resources and is a proud member of the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch and the Aquarium of the Pacific Seafood for the Future programs.
