Father’s Day 3-Course Brunch and Dinner

On Sunday, June 15, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m., FIG & OLIVE Newport Beach and celebrated Executive Chef Pascal Lorange invite Orange County families to celebrate Father’s Day at the 12,000-square-foot olive oil oasis at Fashion Island. Chef Lorange will serve a special three-course prix-fixe brunch ($40*) and dinner ($52*) menus, comprised of signature dishes highlighting flavors from the South of France including:

-Truffle Mushroom Croquette with cremini mushrooms, parmesan bechamel, and truffle olive oil aioli
-Crab & Heirloom Tomato with jumbo lump crab, heirloom cherry tomatoes, and avocado basil tapenade
-Housemade Zucchini Blossom & Goat Cheese Ravioli with zucchini emulsion, tomato confit, crispy zucchini blossoms, and shaved ricotta salata
-21 Day Dry-Aged 12oz. Sirloin served with confit heirloom potatoes, caramelized carrots and a red wine and cremini mushroom sauce

Brunch: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Dinner: 5 p.m. -11 p.m.

Three-course prix-fixe dinner menu $52* per person; $25 optional wine pairing
