We are very excited to start offering a new dining experience. This one takes place at a local “Urban Farm” called theSpring Street Farm Project.We will be putting on a series offarm to table dinners starting with two dates,nextSaturday 6/29and the following Saturday 7/6. Each night will be limited to 20 people and both of these dates will feature the same menu.
The menu will consist of 5 courses with most of the ingredients coming directly from the farm.The farm grows a wide variety of seasonal fruits, vegetables and herbsand is also home to chickens, ducks and geese so fresh eggs are always available.
The evening begins with a Champagne tour of the gardens while you enjoy passedhors d’oeuvres. After which, all guests are seated and Chef Louise prepares 5 of the freshest courses possibleright before your eyes. Guests are encouraged to bring a special bottle of wine to enjoy with dinner and share with newly made friends.
Bring any wine (or beer) that you would like tohave with your dinner (sharing will make thedinner even more fun).
Wear appropriate clothes for dining outsideincluding shoes that will allow you towalkthrough the garden.
