Annual Beer Dinner Menu at TAPS in brea
Amuse: Croquettes de Jamon y Maiz Gazpacho (Corn and Spanish ham fritters) with Pumpkin Ale (Fall release that tastes like a slice of pie in a glass)

Second Course: Spanish Octopus with Truffle Vinaigrette and Tomato Toast with Helles (a Munich-style golden lager)

Third Course: Baby Scallops con tortillas bravas y chorizo with Oktoberfest (an amber lager brewed to celebrate the wedding of Crown Prince Ludwig of Bavaria)

Fourth Course: Lamb Paella (baby lamb shank with saffron) and Thomas Jefferson (an all-american style strong ale)

Dessert: Almond and Olive Oil Cake with Biere de Garde (a french-style farmhouse ale)
