On Saturday, November 22 guests will enjoy a five-course dinner with wine pairings at Morgan’s in the desert created by Chef Jimmy Schmidt, Morgan’s in the desert Chef de Cuisine Brian Recor and visiting Chef Larry Forgione, one of the first 10 legendary chefs, along with Schmidt, inducted into the 1984 James Beard Foundation’s “Who’s Who.” The cost is $250 per person.
