Enjoy holiday favorites at Marina Kitchen’s Christmas Buffet on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Marina Kitchen Executive Chef, Aron Schwartz, has pulled out all the stops in designing this special holiday menu, inspired by American favorites, with the intention of making guests feel right at home for the this holiday season.
The buffet menu offers a number of classic Christmas dishes such as Brandt Beef Prime Rib, Berkshire Pork Two Ways, Assorted Dinner Rolls, and Roasted Chestnut Soup. Side dish highlights include: Roasted Fingerlink Potatoes, Mushroom Orzo, Sauteed Potato Gnocchi, Brussels and Bacon, and Wild Mexican White Shrimp. To conclude Christmas dinner, Marina Kitchen is offering a dessert station with Yule Log, Eggnog New York Style Cheesecake, Croissant Bread Pudding, and more.
