At Easter Brunch at Montage’s comfortable The Loft complete with panoramic ocean views, locals and resort guests will enjoy choosing from the special seasonal à la carte menu.
Beginning dishes include Smoked Trout Rillette with a toasted bagel, California Avocado Toast with hard-cooked egg, Marinated Beet Salad and Curly Kale and Asparagus Salad with truffle vinaigrette.
Tempting Pan Breads include Banana Pancakes, Brioche French Toast and Apple and Mascarpone Crêpes.
Easter Features include Shrimp and Grits and Slow-Roasted Leg of Lamb with mascarpone polenta, pickled green tomato, and broccolini.
And, guests may also select Montage Crab Benedict served with fingerling potatoes, Huevos Rancheros or Croque Madame with sautéed spinach, prosciutto, and gruyère.
