Chefs de Cuisine Benjamin Wallenbeck and Justin Odegard crafted the Easter menus to feature sustainable and seasonal ingredients, providing a delicious way for OC diners to enjoy gourmet Easter meal.
Sunday’s brunch will be a three-course prix fixe, and will be served from 10 a.m. 4 p.m. for $25.00 per person. Brunchgoers can enjoy items such as smoked deviled eggs with salmon mousse, blueberry pancakes with brÃ¼leed banana, and a housemade chocolate brownie, served with vanilla ice cream, peanut butter mousse and raspberry coulis.
Easter dinner is a three-course prix fixe as well, and is served from 5 9 p.m. for $45.00 per person. The menu features delectable dishes including creamy lobster bisque with avocado crÃ¨me fraÃche, seared Scottish salmon with confit of heirloom tomato and citrus peppercorn butter, and Fuji apple cobbler with a caramel bacon glaze.
