Blissful views of the Pacific Ocean are the backdrop for L’Auberge Del Mar’s popular annual Easter Brunch at Waterfall Terrace restaurant. Executive Chef Brandon Fortune has delivered an exciting new menu with dishes that showcase his progressive, youthful style- a unique blend of both modern and retro with influences from his many passions including music, auto racing and a love of the South.
